Blue Yarn, Blue Skin

How I wish to be free

From your entanglement

But your vines of thick blue yarn

Grab at my wrists

Clasping at my throat

They grow heavier on my shoulders

Leaving marks of Blue

In places unwanted

And now I am not so sure

Just how strong these bones are.
