Blurred Reflection

The mirror stands in front of me tall and clear

All I see is a girl filled with fear

Once vibrant and full of life

Now worried with college strife

I am someone who wants to make a change

A change to help someone become better.

A heart is hard to love when it is broken

Cardiac rehab is for me, softly spoken

Helping others came with ease

As easy as the breeze through the trees

I am someone who strives to help others

Helping others to become healthier.

Reading, writing, solving, singing

These are what I am always springing to

Joys in life are little, the ones that matter most

Just like my family who were great hosts

I am someone who enjoys all these things

I am someone who loves unconditionally and wants to pass it on.
