Bodacious
When I think of Bodacious, I think of you;
The love and the laughter, the sad and the blue.
What you gave me was real; I’m sorry to go;
The way that you touched me, my heart, and soul.
The way you walk and talk, the feel of your hair;
How could I not wish to always have you there?
You enriched my life, even for a short time;
It’s a pity you cannot always be mine.
Oh how life can be bittersweet, as you know;
But a part of me will always love you so.
I’ll miss you and hope to at least hear your voice;
Sadly, in this instance, it is not my choice.
You are an enlightened angel in disguise;
And of course, for me, this was no great surprise.
The first time you touched me and held me so near;
The sensation you gave me was oh so dear.
For awhile you will be my best memory;
The dancing, the kisses, the ecstasy.
You are my Tesoro, my treasure it’s true;
Oh how I enjoyed you, although now I am blue.
But even blue skies sometimes fade into gray;
And then the sun will shine to show a new day.
You created me, your Bodacious, it’s true;
I feel fortunate to have come to know you.
Bodacious will live on as a memory;
In my dreams, Tesoro, you’ll be there with me.
Thank you for turning me into Bodacious;
Tesoro mio, my gracious Andreas.
