Body

It had been so long since only you

embraced it

cherished it

fostered it

spent time with it

You can’t remember

the feeling of it unaccompanied against the white sheets

what it felt like

stainless and intact

Each limb existed simply for eachother

When it breathed,

lived solely on its own

Fueled by its nature

Its sovereignty content
