Body Image

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I remind myself each day.

Of course, not everyone thinks of beauty the same.

"Dieting is the way to go," according to one tabloid.

You must understand, these headlines are void.

Is one's definition of beauty really that important?

Maybe everyone else is wrong about this Hollywood beauty considered so magnificent.

A diet or wrinkle cream will not help your self esteem

Go soak in a bathtub and let your mind be free

Every chance we get, let's remind ourselves of our inner beauty, and let us never forget:

Our very existence is beautiful.
