Body Writers

To write means to simply trace or form letters, words, or characters, on the surface of a meterial by use of pen, pencil, or any instrument. My instrument is my body and anything that grooves from my ears to my soul. The words i write just tell a story from the streets to the studios as each limb glides through the air and grinds the ground. The world is my surface and i'm free to write anywhere i please. My poetry slam comes from other body writers who's vibe is creative as well as mine. Body writing comes natural to us humans and comes natural to animals. We don't realize the material formed by how snakes move, how a gazzelle can fluently run through the grass. As you walk, listen to the beat of your footsteps as it intertwines with the leaves crackling. Listen to the sound of construction, hear the crickets, even an alarm. Some of our bodies are just custom made instruments or pens that are made to write many stories around the world. I'm ready to make my mark.
