Bonds

Bond forever and a day is what I feel I have waited, pushing and trying studying and becoming frustrated, but carrying on nonetheless. She did it before me with such ease, my sister, she flew through school, didn’t seem to worry about anything, but me, it took me longer to catch on. I would tell her I felt stupid and each time she would say, “ No Jannah you’re not.” She kept me on my feet, helped sustain me and kept me strong. She is that fire in my heart that keeps me going. The stage will be hers from two years ago, but seeing her proud of me, that feeling will be all mine…that’s the bond we have, all the way to the end.

I hope people have someone or something that inspires them like I do.
