Book of Secrets
The most precious of them all;
an old fashioned book.
Filled with secrets, mystery and courage;
disliked by many for it's message.
Stories of courage, hope, and guidance;
but also of wars, traditions and beliefs.
Mistakes are made leading to tragedy.
Grief and sadness make changed hearts.
A book valued for reasons untold,
a source of comfort from pain,
The answer to unanswered questions;
a book of saving is all I need.
