Both Ways

1 Peter 1:13    New English Translation

13 Therefore, get your minds ready for action by being fully sober, and set your hope completely on the grace that will be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed.

Both ways

Here it shows simply that there is control available

To form and shape to a degree the directions of the mind

Through Grace, it will be brought to us by direct revelation

Of Jesus Christ, Himself you know as a new treasure find

The mind does not operate separately from the spirit in our being

A selfless mind is that part that aides us very much

The question then arises, can it influence both ways

And the spirit be so silenced pushed aside or called as such

Isaiah 26:3     New English Translation
