Bottle Things Up

Bottle Things Up By: Hannah Bubar

You have said a lot of things

That hurt me,

That make me cry and

Make my heart bleed;

Whatever you do or say

Can never make the pain go away;

I’m always hurt by those

Who share blood with me,

They don’t stay, but

They never leave,

For once in my life I’d

Like to be happy

                       And not just bottle

                       Things up and just smile;

                       I've dealt with pain for

                       A long while,

                       But now I'm ready for a

                       Journey that goes

                       For miles and miles.
