bound to let you down

im so sorry that i have let you down,

cause all these voices are too loud.

i wish i could just shut them out

i have swallowed myself

and i can feel the remains

as i walk through this valley of shadows and death

they are pulling me in a war in my own skin ,

making me regret all the things ive said.

i feel the quicksand as its taking my breath,

lessoning my time.

as the nightmares come filling me with dread,

killing me slowly like a deadly poison.
