Bowl of fruit

I got an 88 on a painting I did of fruit
That's how I saw it
That's how it was in my mind
I thought it was 100% accurate
But now I'm not so sure
The way I see things and the way you do are different
Why should you be able to judge my mind?
If art is expression then why are there limitations?

Where I am now puts me in a box
Where I want to be lets me break free
I don't need your approval on the way I see fruit
What I need is a glass of water to quench the thirst I have for freedom
My thought process can't be contained
I'm sorry if my fruit wasn't dimensional enough
But in my mind it was flawless
