The Box

This box. It has no shape, no form, no uniqueness, it's just there. Millions of America’s children, teens, and adults go to this box, spend most of the day in the box, get out, and never really experience a change unless something drastic has happened that day. What am I talking about? I could be talking about work, but it's that one thing, school. It has the capability to be the most interesting thing in a person’s life, but what do we do? We fit every single student into this "box" and expect them to learn the same, act the same, and excel the same. That is impossible. Hell, we've had the same "box" or school system for a long  time. Can we change it? Sure. Do the higher up's want too? Nah. If I could change the box’s system, it would cater to every child’s need, help them succeed from a very early age, and have the system cater to each and every one of their unique learning styles. Sure it would take some time to get rid of the crappy school system we have now, but if the rich %1 of America can blow more than a few stacks a day, there’s no reason why we can’t convince them to blow it the school system’s way.
