Boxed In
From the moment
someone appears here,
they are squished
into a little
box.
A wooden box
with splinters,
to discourage movement.
The people that
lock you in
are so afraid.
Too afraid of what could happen
to actually live.
So they limit all others.
And now,
stuck
in a tight, wooden box,
each person has a choice.
Stay
in the "comfort"
of what is known,
or you could
push,
push on the walls,
and break the box.
Although the splinters,
at first,
can hurt and be uncomfortable,
everything is so much
better
outside the box.
You are...
Free.
