A Boy of 4 Paws
That one visit
was all it took
I smiled at him
he wiggled before me
Just a young pup
behind that cage
who knew the love
he would bring to me some day
4 months later
and he is my boy
a boy of four paws
one tail and many toys
I love him deeply
I saved his life
he's my little boy
I shall keep him as mine
