The Boy

There was a boy that I loved.

The way he looked at me made all of my problems disappear.

The way his lips felt against mine, made time stop around us.

The way his hand touched my skin, sent chills through every part of my body.

I wanted a forever.

I wanted him to be the person I would always hold onto.

But he wasn't.

And he never will be.

He's only a memory now.

That's all he is.
