a boy can’t fix a woman

a boy can’t fix a woman

only the woman truly can

the only thing boys are good at is telling her what she can’t

belittlement is the little boy’s middle name

he forces her to feel the shame

tells her to heal all of his pain

but what about me she begs into the sheets

“you selfish whore” never fails to bring release

the pressure in her chest swells

the boy says he loves the woman and thats when she sees

she is just a little girl if she even begins to believe
