to the boy who...
to the boy who took away everything he once gave.
to the boy who took advantage of my trust in him.
to the boy who played with my feelings.
to the boys who could not grow up.
people often say, "boys will be boys",
but does that make it okay for them to affect my life the way they have?
does it make it okay for them to affect how I perceive the body I was born with?
does it make it okay for them to make those same choices again,
to maybe not you, but another girl.
no.
