The Boy Who Imagined Wolf
The day was as warm as a mother's hug.
The villagers, the Shepherd's boy wanted to bug.
"WOLF, WOLF, WOLF!", he would weep
As the Shepherd's boy went to watch his sheep.
The joke he played was no real crime.
But in the distance, his eyes met a wolf acting as sour as a lime!
The wolf huffed and puffed
Looking for prey willing to come out and play.
The villagers quickly approach, giving the shepherd's boy a look of reproach.
"What?" He questioned, he isn't someone cruel.
How dare they make him look like such a fool!
The villagers went back home with their tools.
Are they brainsick?
Or was his vision just playing a trick?
In the corner of his eye,
He sees a hungry beast, "WOLF, WOLF WOLF", he cried.
The wolf came closer in distance,
"WOLF, WOLF, WOLF", he yelled again in an instance.
"The villagers will surely come, of course!"
However, this time, the boy was not a reliable source.
The wolf came and ate.
5 years passed, the Shepherd's boy will forever remember that date.
The day he found out that his vision he needs to doubt.
The day he found out he was schizophrenic.
