The Boy who Wept

As she stared into his eyes,

a single star crossed the sky

and she smiled cause she lied

next to the boy who wept eternal.

She asked him why he cried.

"Evil, poverty, hate, and lies

around the world are denied

the few good left dont fight,

just hide.

The world around us may die.

I cry for lives lost with no 'Why?'"

"How can you smile

when the world is in dire

need of good and truthful eyes?"

A right he could not deny

simply he replied,

"There is so much beauty, love and life

within these moments,

shares of time;

it's too much for just one guy.

So I smile and I cry for the Earth

and all it's life, simply perfect,

on the rise, sure as the sun will shine."

As she stared into his eyes,

A single star crossed the sky

and she smiled cause she lied

next to the boy who wept eternal.

Salamat

Love. Sometimes it won't make sense, do it anyway. Fear is a natural reaction to change, embrace it. Failure is a part of Success, like water is a part of tea. There is no absolute in all things. Give Thanks.
