Brainless Love

I want nothing but the best for you,

I see when this invokes frustration in you,

I tell you like it is because you deserve the world,

I will always be honest with you.

When you long for me I will not falter,

When I show my loyalty I know it will be recognized,

When you are brave I will minimize your fear,

When I see you in need I will support you.

My sides ache, tears roll down my face,

My idiotic, giddy grin refuses to leave,

My thoughts of mistakes and depression are wiped away,

My laughter is solely a result of the company I keep.

You do not second guess my decisions, however silly they may seem,

You do not stay up, thinking of where I am or what I am up to,

You do not ponder any actions we partake in while we are together,

You do not fret, because you trust me.
