Brains Before Beauty

No boyfriends needed,

no lovers here.

Makeup and high heels,

she does not adorn.

She won't sit still

and look pretty like the rest.

Not when she's striving

to make life fair.

For all things logical,

and world preservation.

She works with

never ending determination.

Athena, the smartest and wisest

of the gods.

She's here to save us,

from our imminent downfall.
