Brave

In this castle we know of the ancient law;
at which hour one falls, one must land eventually.
In this castle floating in appearance, unattached yet in its own way
in tune with the moving expanding space it belongs to.
We are tempted to live our hearts vacant, windows of affection bolted shut;
void of the capability to accept falling in love.
Flaming torches at variable angles veering alternately
from ancient wall to wall more ignited if need be.
Seen as enough of light source even though everything would be brighter if accepted genuine felt love was present.
Once upon a time perhaps even with the ancient law present
those then dedicatedly loved and loved and loved it was the norm.
, but due to the vast distance between then and now
we continue orbiting around that which can’t even compare,
until the reality of it being close to nothing reaches us all at once.
Well, now, may we all feel free enough to be brave.
May our happiness and comfortability in love defy the laws of gravity.
And if that will not be the case may we all feel free enough anyway.
Absorb and control the tone of our love acoustically,
send it forth accordingly into the air, directed towards them unreservedly.
Sweep our fingers and thumb across the strings of being.
Feel the tremors letting them exist next to our ability to love and let be loved.
*norm: normal
