A Breath
An outsourced stranger
Left to be conceived by the pouring doubts
Of the “No you can’t’s!” and the “ Laws abide against you”
The true story of a mistreated child
On the way to his broken future
He learned the truth of reality before the sweet sense of dreams
An outsourced stranger who was orphaned, yet he still had a mother
An orphan! Yet he still had a father
Without the truthful guidance and he was slapped, bagged, and trashed by an abusing father
Turned his words into a weapon without mercy
Beat up this stranger like a dog on the street when he was only 3…
The lies do turn sanity into something else bigger than one self
The truth of the lies is hardly seen through the thick sheen of mystery this stranger hides behind it
Builds up his wall yay high and doesn’t turn to the harmonic sound of love
Feel this stranger’s pain as he is only 18 in a street of misguiding greed
Feel his pain as he is bottled up and filled to the rim with hatred and unequal love
Living is not a prize but a torcher scene from night to day
Death seems like a relief where peace seems to stay…
Breathe once in his air and may your thoughts feel like his, living in the day with a broken conscience
Having a past like this stranger is nothing in the abundance
Compassion, love and trust are nothing in his extensive vocabulary
The only thought from now til then is “how will he get to the next day?”
Or where will his mind be in the next hour…
God please brighten his day, make his rainy days calm and let it not be
What we perceive to be… Happiness is just a breath away…
