Breath

I’m proud of who I am today

being in a class that took me out of my shell,

 taking my shyness

speaking in front of a lot of people.

To continue let’s go back to beginning,

I was a very shy girl

Iwould get nervous

Presenting or speaking to the whole class.

Anxiety hits like a bullet to the chest.

One presentation as I’m in front of the class

I felt that my face would get red and my hands started to sweat.

what got me out of that awkward and shyness stage

is learning to calm down

think in your own mind that what you’re going say

is going to be perfect and everyone is going to like it.

There are many ways to get rid of your awkward stage

by doing easy things that will help you

you won’t be like that when you go up to present the next time.

To get you out of your awkward stage

Calm down

Breathe

Confidence

Let loose

I learned from all of that

happy that I left that stage

and thankful how I am right now.
