Breath of wind

You are born in this life not a moment to soon And immediately start growing closer to doom Life happens so fast, almost faster than thought Reaching the end hoping it wasn't for nought Looking back on your life hoping you'd see A very full life, your conscience to free You search and you hunt, only to find You'd wasted your life, oh you were blind As you laid on your bed full of remorse Your life at its end, the end of its course Your body now Broken, never to mend Now seeing life, as a breath of soft wind
