Breathe in... Breathe out... Swallow the threatening tears down. They have no place here now. Breathe in... Breathe out... Inhale past the tightness and knots inside. Exhale in an inconsequential sigh. Breathe in... Breathe out... Keep your story to yourself. Never share. Live as mystery. An enigma. A curiosity. Breathe in... Breathe out... Fill your lungs with screams so pained it rips the flesh from your windpipe Breathe in... Breathe out... Let no stone go unkicked and no blade of grass unblown. Breathe in... Breathe out... Let memories trickle down your mind like so many rivers of times. Breathe in... Breathe out... Breathe in... Breathe out...
