Breathe

"Breath my daughter

I got it under control", he told me.

The one who rose up dry bones,

the one who saved Daniel from the lion's den.

The one who makes me whole, who completes me.

The one who gives me joy and peace in times of trouble

told me not to worry.

He has taught me to leave everything in his hands,

to live a life not of worry but of peace.

The one who made the Earth told ME that I should not be fearful.

He has me in his hands.

My life.

My family.

My friends.

My interests.

My academics.

It's all under his control.

So I will trust in him completely.

No more stressing out.

No  more worrying.

No more anxiety.

Only serenity.

Only restfulness.

"Breathe my daughter" he told me again.

This time I will

breathe.
