a brief list of things I tend to forget

  • I have friends.
  • those friends care about me.
  • sometimes I need someone to talk to.
  • I can talk to my friends when I need someone to listen to me.
  • I am not merely seeking attention because of this.
  • my feelings are more valid than I think they are.
  • the people who care about me will remind me of this:
  • no matter what, I am never alone.
