Broken

I was damaged from birth you see,

It was just too late for me, heart so incomplete

Broken before you can even speak

My freedom, ripped out of me

By the man who help created me

Why did you have to leave?

Casper/vanish for too long, don't even remember the chord

Trying to be a part of me

A broken record called “An aria of my pain”

Crescendo in my mind repeating the same melody

The same melody

Daddy no x2

Heart too embodied as it skips a beat

Making a devilish bass sound in your head causing a volcano to erupt

The cycle wasn't in perfect pitch

You're sorry, you’re having a bad….

Gasps …

The madness is in full drive,

Forgiving yourself for the blindness of those who betrayed you

I guess your heart doesn't see evil when it's right in front of you

Something bad happened,

You seem to let it define you while destroying your dynamic soul

The fact that they say the truth sets you free

But what is free without a fee?

For years you were paying the biggest fee

Your heart is as cold as Antarctica

No, you’re not selfish just heartless

Just like everyone who ever stomped on ours

Since a young age it was always broken

Scattered in bits of glass

Your father created it and wasn't there to protect it

When the same variations of the imprints on your body appeared

Guess you weren't his precious jewel or even

Worth saving

Left drowning in an ocean of tears while hands latch onto you

Didn't hear the silent cries, Daddy?

Terrified!!!

That one entree was monstrous

So, you ran and ran without a care

Isolating yourself from the world and wanting no part of it

Dead inside,

My voice is always flat invisible to the world

One last stab was needed as the same rhythm plays

I was damaged from birth you see,

It was just too late for me, heart so incomplete

Broken before I can even speak

Who might I be?

Can't you see?

The broken glass is me
