Broken

Crying in my room, overwhelmed by circumstances I can’t control Confessing my fears as my tears silently roll Standing before you with nothing to offer, Only broken pieces to lie at Your altar, Handing over what is left, and trusting that You know what is best Remembering You’re able to calm the rolling sea, I’m reassured by Your peace that sweeps over me.
