Broken Bottle

You fill me up

Then drink

I am your partner  during dark nights

And your enemy

Once you've had your fun

And had your fill

You leave me on the table

And go to enjoy life's thrill

Or you may carry me along with you

Refill me as you wish

But then you drop me on the ground

A broken bottle
