Broken Crown

Once upon a time,

There lived a prince in a castle

First in line

But having to wait for the king, what a hassle

The king: the only ruler of the throne

The one who controls the kingdom

The prince, trying to be his own

Find a prince before his life is done

He meets a man

A common man who becomes more

Soon becoming a king was the plan

The king had to go first or

They wouldn’t have the chance to be happy

Not unless the ruler left

Oh, it would be snappy

His life being a part of a theft

The two new kings finally happy at the top

Together with no obstacles

Nothing in the way to stop

Their love finally possible

The prince and his man

Nontraditional, yet beautiful

Finally, ruling the kingdom with a broken crown

And they lived happily ever after.
