Broken Dreams
From little I dreamt
Of success and wealth.
During every recess
I would only think of success.
I will always be joyful
If success is handful.
Success equals health,
Which further equals wealth.
I also would wonder
About my stupid little blunder,
That my dreams will be gone
Because I am scared and groaned.
My anxiety is in a go,
To destroy my dreams and more.
In this circle of sadness
I will burst into madness.
I fear of failure,
“Cause it will help me to lure
From my work and those dear
Everywhere and here.
My failure will suppress
My career and I’ll be depressed.
Oh what am I to do
When this void is really true.
And I will be forever sued
For the world is very rude.
Hard work and hard work
Will only save my damaged heart.
To overcome this fear,
I will simply have to rear
To bring it very near
The golden jewel here.
Laughing is the best
To make my mind unstress
In front of others not questioning distress.
But I doubt this will further,
‘Cause my frustration is the murderer
Of my unstressed mind and laughter.
Now I will be a weeper
‘Cause there will always be a sweeper,
To make my dreams disappear
And not let them reappear.
I will regret not being confident
For my ability and to procrastinate.
Oh me oh my,
How this disaster will be mine,
Me and only me,
Will suffer in this weed.
