Broken eyes

The broken eyes of a forgotten doll tell a story,

Much like the eyes of a forgotten girl,

forgotten by her family,

her friends,

as she moved on,

her eyes broken,

draining translucent hatred,

sadness,

anger,

how will she go on,

if they don't remember her,

will she forget them too,

will she sit in sadness thinking about what was once in her memory,

what left this crater,

in her mind,

and in her heart,

or will she just wait...

to forget them too?

I am a seventeen year old girl, who has big dreams. I have come to understand that life is not perfect, but it will always be beautiful!
