Broken Fixers

Broken Fixers.

This life isn't broken.

It was never a working thing.

The people didn't know.

They cry

they cry,

they cry bitter tears.

They are the tears of broken people.

Broken people

break people.

And when people break,

so do their families.

There isn't much left in this world

so we just keep making stuff up.

They made money,

they made war,

and they made love.

We tried making time,

but in our effort we killed it.

Broken people

break people.

The kind of people,

who don't know they are broke.

But broken,

truly,

and openly

broken people,

fix

people.
