The Broken One
There she stands in the glistening sun.
Beautiful as ever.
Making everyone laugh and smile
Cause that heart is made of pure gold.
But there are demons inside her
Making her feel like a burden.
That smile of hers is making you smile.
She's free and careless
Saying the stupidest things
But it's making you smile.
That smile hides all of her worries
Because she's been told to hide her feelings all her life.
All her friends admire her.
She's a special light in their dark worlds.
Always there for them
Because she cares deeply for others.
But you notice she will never talk about herself
Because she thinks her problems aren't imporant.
Surrounded with people
She always seems happy.
Making them smile and laugn
With no care to the world.
On the outside she's always surrounded by people
but on the inside she's constantly lonely.
At the end of the day she's an energetic ball
Making people love her.
She gives that energy to others
And makes them happy.
Though once she's alone the tears will come.
Until she finally falls asleep.
Will you love her?
Beautiful as ever,
But hiding many demons.
Will she EVER be loved?
