Broken Promises

              Broken Promises

I saw you as a key to my heart in all

you found me as an escape from your past in the hall,

I asked for your heart

you gave me fake love,

I was blinded by your smile

and controlled by your affection,

thought there was an us

but it never existed,

now im all alone in this world today

you promised to stay

but you left anyways

all because i loved you.
