Broken ,yet beautiful

My name is not shame, though its what i've worn I carry a badge of pain,a childhood torn, Molested innocence ,stolen youth.... Left to pick up the pieces,to find my truth... I was a flower, crushed before i bloomed, Deprived of love and emotional perfume, The scent of self worth, lost in the air Leaving me in doubts, with a soul that's bare . I searched for validation in all wrong places. For love and acceptance But only found empty spaces My self esteem shattered ,like broken glass.reflecting the beauty that i thought would forever pass. But still,i rise Like the bright morning sun. I am breaking free from chains, from the weight of my past. Embracing my beauty letting love last forever. I am not my scars, though they tell my tale. I am a survivour,a warrior who set sail for a brighter tommorow, where love will abound. Where every girl child will be valued, respected and found.
