Bronze hero

He was as stubborn, as he was powerful,

Even in the face of destruction, he smirked daringly.

Reeling as he stood back up, he drew his blade.

Once more, he charged at his adversary, but this time stronger.

Every swing was elegant, every dodge perfect.

Spectating helplessly before the ruins all we could do is hope that this time, he'd win.

Never have we seen him like this.

Earlier his attacks were ineffective, now we could feel their impact miles away.

Valor or plain arrogance? No one knew and honestly nobody cared, though

Everyone knew this was his all, his last attempt, his full strength

Resembling star, his body began to glow a deep amber illuminating both clothing and sword

Dauntingly, he struck the abomination resulting

In darkness, we opened our eyes

Everything was silent, our Bronze hero and foe had vanished, saving us all....
