Brother

I recall the day like it was foretime

The sky was dark and crying yet we strive

Like damn how am i going to make this rhyme

Without you here it's hard to be alive

I looked up to you, look at what happened

You are my brother, only one I had

Once I heard the news my vision blackened

Your presence left when I was a wee ladd

These days I have to be a role model

I got two other kin, I gotta be you

This sonnet hurts me ,where's the bottles

When you left i had to change as  i grew

I wish you were here with me cooking brew

Till our paths cross again bro, I love you
