Brother Man

Brother Man

Brother man, brother man
Why do you act they way you do?
Fighting, cussing, gang-banging
This is why no one would hire you
Brother man, brother man
Why do you treat women like you do?
Love them, leave them, and repeat
Living carefree, but you got a kid or two that's turning three
Brother man, brother man
You think you're all that and bag of chips
When it comes to being truthful, there goes a twist in the lips
Brother man, brother man
Change your ways before it too late
Many of you are dying by the minute,
Yet you continue to live amongst each other filled with so much hate
What will it take brother man, to make you see?
Until all of you are gone away, let it not be
Brother man, brother man
Come together as one and stand for justice so that world can realize
A nation of brothers who won't stop until they're recognized
For the good they have done, not the bad they have caused
For the many accomplishments they've received
Not for what the justice system believes
Brother man, brother man
You're so much more
Brother man, brother man
Show them who you really are
