Brushed-Off, Turned Down, and Dismissed

My heart is stuffed with emotions that are foreign to me,
My heart is beating so fast,
It's getting hard to breath,
My heart: the center of my body,
My heart is  used as a weapon, but only to guard rigorously
Well, I should have it more stringently protected
Because I still feel that stinging hurt,
The hurt that only comes from being rejected
