Building A Hopeful New World
Hope.
Hope isn't something you know.
Hope is something you wish for,
Hope is a way to cope
And I hope that we've learned and are still learning from our mistakes.
I hope we're learning from the mistakes made before us.
I hope we can all just love each other.
I hope we all can accept each other's flaws.
I hope we can learn to hold hands instead of stabbing backs.
I hope we can trust.
I hope we can build a better world for the next us.
Because the world has been torn down enough.
And the world is all but do tough.
The world is rough,
So enough is enough.
Let's get rid of all the bad stuff
And stop the bluff
So we can build a hopeful new world for the next us.
