Bully

I am my mother's daughter

I listened to what they said

They said with such conviction

That I was too fat to be fed

Fat tub of lard

Fat, fat, fat

You are nothing

Your stomach isn't flat

Your face is too pudgy

You don't have our speed

We discard you for your looks

We will taunt you till you bleed

Liver and onions

Fat, fat, fat

Heavy breather, slow wit

A spoiled little brat

The tears flowed abundantly

I'd yell back Don't say that!

Empty apologies, forced interaction

With the girl who was just too fat

Fat tub of lard

Fat, fat, fat

Look at the couch sink down

How could anyone love that?

But I was persistant with the chase

For acceptance, maybe peace

They were family after all

They were supposed to love me

Liver and onions

Fat, fat, fat

That's all I ever was to them

A yielding punching bag

Their words shattered my spirit

But who could notice that?

I wasn't a noticeable human

I wasn't me; I was fat.
