Bully

Schoolyard bullies are easy

They can be solved

They can be shut up

But what about the bully in my brain

The one that doesn't run away

I can't shut it up

I swear this bully is going to be the end

Be the end of me

This is really thought provoking. We always are our worse critics and sometimes we internalize the opinion of others. Thank you for sharing a common thread we see today in our schools with children and adults.
