Burners

We are the Burners,

Headturners some say,

We are a crowd of misfit looking for our own way

For we are the trash of tomorrow,

But still today nobody knows A Burners Sorrow,

We Crank up our tunes and get our beer

But we don’t do it for fun our intentions are less clear

We hang with the crew, rambunctious and violent

They walk into their houses still hallow and silent,

See burners never wallow they refuse to be pliant

Held hostage to a reality that relies on superficiality,

With no want and or reason people put down the burners,

Like it's open season

But see the burners know nothing other

It's all the same story,

from each burner to another

So we are Burners

And not too proud to be,

What you think shrouds your thoughts

so there's nothing good to see

Or hear,

but let's make this clear

None of us wanted this,

It's what.. we.. all..

Feared...
