Burning Alive

She tears into my heart and soul like fire. The words burned deep within a wounded heart. Deception's hold over a profound liar. My love and dreams  singed and torn apart. A daughter's spirit crushed by mean remarks of disappointment and disloyalty. Inside her a soul of agony sparks. An inferno of hurt no one can see. Disowned without an honest reason why. Reduced to ashes shiveling inward. All previous dreams left alone to die. Her accusations were only absurd. An inner smouldering of hope awake, that restitution some day she could make.
