Burning Love

Burning The burning of Wood Love And the past Heartbreak is unbearable Seven years W a s t e d All I can hear is the ring he gave me hitting the floor Bile rising in my throat like an over flowing drink Silent tears slide down my face Although I hate him, I do miss his touch Holding my hand the way a man is supposed to when he loves a woman Holding me tight like a ring on a finger Holding my heart with a soft caress And making me melt with one look Hearing him say those three little words I Love You Lies that’s all I hear.
