Burnt Out

She's Burnt out.

Not the kind where she's exhausted from a tedious day.

Not burnt out from talking to strangers with breathless emotions.

Not even from chasing her dreams that have been drowned in an ocean of misery

but still  goes through the motions of living.

You think she would be burnt out from overcoming her fears.

And from all the lonely nights where she dissolves in her own tears.

She's burnt out from having an optimistic mindset that one day

someone will love her for what she has become.
